What even is mindfulness? Great question. Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present, aware of where you are and what you’re doing without worry of the past or the future. You are not even reacting positively or negatively to a present situation, but merely acknowledging of what’s going on around you.
Mindfulness is like a muscle. We all have muscles but some people are stronger than others because they work it out. The more you practice mindfulness, the easier it becomes and the more it will impact you.
